@Hannah: The “few more” are those countries and regions which aren’t technically sovereign states, like the various British, French etc. occupied territories. Basically just about anything big enough to have a flag. Plus a few large international organisations like the UN, Red Cross etc. And then a couple of random fun ones like Mars that you’ll probably never use but we put in there nonetheless.
