Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions can be a headache for freelancer. TelePro released a sample of Privacy Policy, Copyright Notice and Terms and Conditions for everyone to download without any charge or obligation. You can feel free to use them on your own projects. A link back to Free Website Legal Documents would be appreciated but is not required. On each Legal Document page there is a text symbol Legal Document text symbol and link at the top of the page, to view as plain text. Click the link to view or download the text as plain HTML.
Requirements: Link Back is Appreciated

A great resource – I love WebAppers!
Thank you.
Sure, NOW you post this. Like, after I already typed my own.
@XGhozt
Oh…but you can still make yours perfect by looking at this one as well.
By the way, I would like to visit your site…but I do not dare. Could you give me a clue what is inside? Is it something really scary?!!
Which one? o.o
@Ghozt
It says “Enter if you dare, but be aware and be prepared” when I moveover the “enter” on http://www.xghozt.com/ .
Lmfao, XGhozt.com is just the site where I mess around.
Don’t worry, it’s safe.
Is there some law, rule or regulation stating we must have Website Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions?
@ Newbie
If your site is collecting or using users’ information, I think you need privacy policy and terms and conditions.
What if my site just has a paypal button and is selling a software product with no acual opt-in form or anything? Would I still need privacy policy and terms and conditions?
@ Newbie
You can know more about privacy policy and TOS on the following links.

You have provided so much value here and I really appreciate that! I’ve been searching all day and didn’t seem to come across those links. They were helpful, informative as well as entertaining(the ezine article…lol). Thanks again. I’ve bookmarked your site!
