You can find some nice free icon sets from DryIcons.com, the icons are carefully designed and developed by a team of professional web and graphic designers. They designed the DryIcons website to bring your applications the best professional appearance. All of their icon sets contain icons commonly available in 16×16, 24×24, 32×32, 48×48 pixel 32-bit transparency PNG format and 128×128 pixel Photoshop’s PSD image format.

All DryIcons are licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License. This means that you can do pretty much everything with our icons and use them in any personal or commercial projects. However, you must include a link back to http://dryicons.com/ in your credits. I particular like the following sets of icons.

Ruby Multimedia icon set is the new creation of DryIcons’ laboratory. Using only two colors, red and white, we brought style and class to the next level. This set can find its use in lots of projects and applications.

The WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) Classic Icon Set is the first of the DryIcons’ WYSIWYG sequence icon sets, based on the ‘classic’ WYSIWYG look.

Amazing set of 90 free vector icons, all in one EPS file. Enjoy and share this beautiful file with others, but please try to save the image on your server if linking to this file. Image is more than 1 MB. This set is ideal for creating web 2.0 icons, buttons and everything that your imagination can handle. They looks really good and scalable which is really a useful set of icons.

Nyssa has created some pretty 3D RSS icons for us. There are six different icon colours (Orange, Green, Blue, Purple, Pink, Red). You’ll find each of the icons in .png format (each icon is 139×139 – not a standard size, but this is for web use rather than on the desktop). For those that don’t like the reflection, there is another zip file with them as well. I think the RSS icons looks really good with this 3D effect. I am going to use these RSS icons in my next web project, because I fed up with the standard normal style RSS icons already.

Abdylas Tynyshov shared total 560 nice and free icons to software and web application developers. Icons come in 4 sizes; 80 by 80 pixels, 48 by 48 pixels, 32 by 32 pixels, and 24 by 24 pixels. All images are in .PNG format with transparent background. They are under Creative Commons License, you can use the icons for your personal or commercial projects in any way you like. You can download all icons on User Interface Icons.

IMPORTANT: The original owner of this site has sold this website to someone else. Now users have to install Zango Adware in order to donwload the icons. I DO NOT recommend users install Zango Adware. You may consider other high quality icons instead.

Time to update your RSS Feed Icons again. It was July when Zeusbox Studio’s Feedicons version 1 hit the web. Since then the icon pack has been downloaded thousand of times. Now Zeusbox Studio presents you with the Feedicons version 2. There are more than 10 new icons in version 2. They are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-No Derivative Works. Enjoy.

Sekkyumu gave a little present to everyone on his birthday (23th August). He has released Developpers which is a set of gorgeous 105 icons (32×32) for your toolbar or anything. All the icons are in the format of .png, .ico, icns, .icontainer. They are licensed under Creative Commons, you can use them whatever you want. Let’s say happy birthday and thank you to him! Jonas Rask Design has created a set of beautiful 32 x 32 px toolbar icons. He has decided to release these free for developers and private individuals alike. You can use them in your applications, in your toolbar, on your website. It’s entirely up to you. A credit or backlink is not required but appreciated. Have you thought of using a set of round social bookmark icons? Vikiworks released a collection of social web application icons including Flickr, Digg, StumbleUpon, Wordpress, Furl, Twitter, Windows live, Blinklist, Blogger, Lifelogger and etc… All icons are sized to 64*64 in PNG format and it’s great to use them on your website or blog. Yesterdat I was surfing on the internet and found this. It is time to have a fresh look of your feed icons. Zeus Box Studio released a set of gorgeous Feed Icons.
