Blog Perfume has just released a set of high quality Blogging Icons Set for bloggers. Milky is another set of free vector icons by Frexy. This icon set of Milky is designed in EPS 8 vector format, including 48×48 and 64×64 PNG image files. Milky will be released on a weekly basic. Every week Frexy will add more 15 icons into the set. So how many icons does Milky have in total? Well, Frexy is not sure, maybe the set of Milky will have up to dozens or few hundreds of icons.

You can use Milky for personal and commercial projects at free of charge, if you use Milky for your websites, backlinks and credit are appreciated. Here are two part I and part II of Milky for us already.

Frexy loves icon design. In the past few months, they have worked on an icon set called “Bright!”, and now they have released Bright! as a freebie for us. Bright! is a crisp, sharp and beautiful set of 148 hand-crafted icons in vector format, ideally for both web and print work. It is time to have some icons again. This time, Icojoy is sharing some of the really nice mini icons. These icons are free to use in any kind of project unlimited times. The icons come in 6 different file types, .ico, .icns, .tif, .gif, .bmp, .png. Some of the icons are designed for blogs, dating, player and social networks as well.

WebAppers has released a set of Web Application Icons a week ago. And now, Monofactor has released a set of 25 Vector Icons for Free as well. They look really stunning. And the loveliest part is, they are in scalable vector format. You can open the .ai file with any version of Illustrator above 8.0. With earlier versions, you might loose some of the effects on the icons.

Redistribution, Release for Download or Selling of these icons on an another site without permission is completely prohibited. However, you are completely free to edit, change and/or directly use the icons in your site and in any kind of your projects.

After few weeks of icons design and development. WebAppers is very happy to announce the release of “Web Application Icons Set” with 3D effect and glossy style. WebAppers is going to release a set of beautiful web application icons, they would be free for both personal and commercial use. These icons are currently under development, and will be released in the next 2 – 3 weeks. Please stay tuned. At the moment, you can have a look at the following three sets of glossy and modern icons available at deviantART first.

Feel free to use these Colourful Pie Chart Icons. They are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 3.0. The sizes of the icons are included: 512, 256, 128, 64, 32. Please do not use these icons on illegal and unpleasant activity (example; porn, warez, hacking, anti-religion, racism, etc).

The name says HP Dock Icon Set but it’s really not HP themed. I just used the colours and such from the monitor icon. They are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Work 3.0. The sizes of the icons are included: 1024, 512, 256.

You are free to use Pandora Icons for personal use. However, if you intend to use these icons for a more corporate use (skins, etc) then please PM the author with the request, letting him know what you want to use them for. Also, author would appreciate a credit for the work, and a link back.

AW/Systems is offering a full set of professionally designed icons for web applications for all ASP.NET developers for free! There are more than 300 awsome icons in our package, and welcome you to use them in your web applications, both personal and commercial. The only thing they ask is that you put a link to aspneticons.com somewhere in your application. The icons look very nice and I can see them very useful for ASP.NET developers. It is really a shame that these icons are exclusively for the ASP.NET community.
