A while ago, we have introduced 220+ Glossy Flag Icons in PNG format, Bartelme Design Flag Button Devkit. If you are looking for mini flag icons, you should visit FAMFAM Flag Icons as well. Many websites / web applications have different versions for different countries, and some of them support different languages as well. I am sure a set of flag icons / pictures can help us so much.

Now we can create our own set of flag icons for our websites / web applications, because MSN Multimedia Center provides us a set of flags, including 192 Countries, Canadian Provinces & Cities, Islands and U.S. States, Territories, & Regions.

Onur Oztaskiran of Monofactor released the full set of 30 3d isometric vector icons called Turqua. The icons are in both editable Illustrator 8 EPS (also viewable with late version of freehand and corel draw) and SVG formats.

These blue icons look absolutely beautiful. You are completely free to edit, change and/or directly use the icons in your site and in any kind of your projects. However, you have to register as a member(Free) in order to download the icons.

Smashing Magazine has just released On Stage icon set. The set contains 49 free vector icons including PSD which can be useful for both corporate and personal setting. You can use the set for free without any restrictions whatsoever.

The icons are available in the .png-format in the resolution 128×128px. 100% pure shape-based layered PSDs are also included in the package.

You may have seen the lovely mini icons set Diagona (400 icons are included in PNG format) from Pinvoke. Now Pinvoke has released another great set of mini icons – Fugue Icons. There are 422 icons are included in PNG format. The icons can be used free for any personal or commercial projects. However, if you would like to remove the attribution, you should purchase the license.

Milky is another set of free vector icons by Frexy. This icon set of Milky is designed in EPS 8 vector format, including 48×48 and 64×64 PNG image files. Milky will be released on a weekly basic. Every week Frexy will add more 15 icons into the set. So how many icons does Milky have in total? Well, Frexy is not sure, maybe the set of Milky will have up to dozens or few hundreds of icons.

You can use Milky for personal and commercial projects at free of charge, if you use Milky for your websites, backlinks and credit are appreciated. Here are two part I and part II of Milky for us already.
