Magento is a little more complicated but lots of features to play with. I have played with Ubercart but it looks promising!

My top three is OsCommerce, Magento and Zen-cart. Ubercart still lacks in dealing with VAT/GST tax, which make Ubercart impossible to use legal in Europe, Australia, New Zealand and many other countries. So sad that the developers still don't see the necessity to implement it. It would be a great boost for the whole Ubercart-project and the awesome Drupal CMS in general. At the moment Ubercart is a great but useless shopping-cart to a lot of people.

WARNING!
