Hi, a few questions:

How is the data stored in Iceberg?
Can Iceberg retrieve external data or use external services?
Can other applications retrive data or use services from Iceberg?

Sometimes it's better to have hand written code, as you need that "in depth" customization. Iceberg might work for small apps. However if you're looking our for larger user base then you might wanna hand-code your application.

In Iceberg the business functionality of your applicaiton is the part that doesnt have code driving it. The process, data and UI are all driven by data stored in the Iceberg database.

Just like you dont have to write c++ if you use .net you dont need to write any code if you use Iceberg.

Hehe, I do suspect however they mean user-submitted handwritten code. Surely the core system has to be handwritten. Technically it could be typed on a typewriter and tyhrough some OCR software transfered into the PC again. However, let's admin we are far off topic here, :D

<em>An Iceberg application is also highly reliable. Because Iceberg doesn’t rely on any hand-written-code, there is little likelihood for human-error in the creation of an Iceberg application.</em>

Who wrote the code if it wasn't hand-written? To create (write) generic code and anticipate all events from all users is nearly impossible with room for errors. So I find their quote rather strange...
