When Ted Davis worked for them it was great. Awesome support, and response times. Six months later he left, and I believe they outsource support now. Ran into problems, my script was consuming to many resources. Instead of contacting me to clear it up they disabled my account (lots of my sites went off line), they also kept the money I had prepaid ahead (like $300). Not good.
