ClickHeatDo you want to get a heatmap of where your visitors are clicking and enhance your website’s result? Now you can install it on your own server without paying a penny. ClickHeat is a visual heatmap of clicks on a HTML page, showing hot and cold click zones. You are free to download it and start visualize your visitors in order to find out which design encourages visitors to click deeper.

    I’ve installed this one on of our sites. One important thing that i think the document does not meniton is that you should set up your site layout by clicking the little book icon – otherwise your hit spots will be all over the place (though I did not think such layout flexibility would be included – it works remarkably well)

    Overall it’s a very nice web app, and it’s something we will be using quite a bit from now on.

    In terms of functionality, how does this differ from a product like Crazy Egg? Not that I’m a huge Crazy Egg advocate, but I just wanted to know.

    @henry – now, that’s why all the clicks on my site are all over the place. thanks for the info.

    i’ll have to try that one to see if it’ll work and make more adjustments to my ads layout.
