I was told rails was only used once in a "blue moon" so I'd have to contact their top-level support guys via a support form. Haven't bothered to yet since I'm not ready to deploy anyways & I am hoping they get there act together.As for rails, they are not so great. Everything else... I've been using them for about 2 years with no problems (save the Rails issues) and over 99.99% uptime. Their rails hosting is weak. The service has been great, it generally takes a very short amount of time to get someone from the Customer Service on the phone. I do not know about the Rails portion, but it is nice to know that Bluehost has it in its supported features list.
